This project involved the design of an annual conference program publication for the National American Indian Housing Council (NAIHC). The publication served as a central informational resource for conference attendees, guiding them through programming, organizational context, and leadership information across a multi-day national event.

Designed as a comprehensive multi-page brochure, the publication features a clearly structured table of contents, detailed program sections, informational content on NAIHC’s mission, staff bios, and a board of directors overview. Emphasis was placed on clarity, pacing, and readability—ensuring dense informational content remained accessible and visually engaging for a broad audience.

The project was produced using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, allowing for cohesive integration of imagery, vector elements, and typographic systems across multiple spreads. Strong grid systems, clear text hierarchy, and dynamic layout decisions showcase proficiency in long-form publication design and professional print production. The final publication was exported for both print and web distribution and was well received at the conference, with visibility across attendee use and social media documentation.

In conjunction with the program publication, additional event assets were designed to support a unified visual system, including printed lanyards, physical and digital signage, and presentation slides. Drawing from my lived experience as a Native designer, the visual language incorporates culturally appropriate, contemporary symbology—balancing institutional professionalism with cultural relevance and respect.
This project reflects my approach to large-scale conference and institutional design work: structured, content-driven, and grounded in cultural competency, ensuring design supports both function and representation.
