This project involved the design of an educational handout developed for the UCLA Wellbeing for LA Learning Center in partnership with the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health. The resource addresses bedwetting (enuresis) among school-aged children, offering caregivers clear information on common causes and practical strategies for support.

The handout was designed to help reduce stigma and caregiver stress by presenting sensitive information in a calm, accessible, and reassuring format. My role focused on structuring the content so that complex biological, genetic, and psychosocial factors could be easily understood without oversimplification.

Using Adobe Illustrator, I employed a print-oriented design approach that integrates text with vector-based illustrative elements. Particular attention was given to color theory, typographic hierarchy, and section delineation to guide readers through the material. The visual language incorporates racially diverse, inclusive graphics to reflect the broad communities served, while maintaining neutrality and appropriateness for a public health audience.

The final piece supports caregiver education through thoughtful design, reinforcing evidence-informed guidance in a format suitable for digital learning environments and community distribution.
